help with withdrawl symptoms

I am just wondering when they get better? I was only on methadone for about 3months and at most taking 30mgs a day, Been off methadone for a week now and was taking 10mg norcos during the week i stopped the methadone. Today is day 2 of wd and i am wondering when this will get better? I was actually able to sleep last night for a few hrs and have done some cleaning and laudry etc... thx

I am here to tell you, it is a darn good thing that you have only been on the done for three months.  I am very proud of you.  Please make sure that avoid taking any more narcotic pain meds, as it will only prolong the withdraw process.  Everybody is different but I would think that since you were only on the done for three months and you only took the norcos for a week, that by day 5 or 6 you should be over the hump.  I know that sounds like a long time, but I promise it will get a little better every day.  What put you on the methadone?  Why did you go to the done?  Were you going to the clinic or getting it from a doctor.  Good Luck and keep up the good work you are on the right track.  I am here for you if you need anything!!!!!
