Just bought Aminos, need help

I just got back from GNC and this is what I got : Ltryosine (500mg), L-Phenylalanine(500mg), liquid b complex drops, Taurine (500mg) and 5HTP (50mg), just took one of each before i ate lunch.  This is my day one yet afain and i really hope these help, I also took suboxone this morning. I also have 3 soma and 3 xanax ( I will not get more of these) to help at night only if I really need it, i also have Valerian tablets and a magnesium supplement but i dont know if i need that or not or if it will even help for that matter. Im excited, i really hope this works for me. I really want to stop having "day one's" Any advice you could share on Amino Acid therapy would be really helpfull, am I doing it right, should I take another dose today or just that one and start the 3x a day tomorrow, also should I keep taking the suboxone with it, or should I stop the suboxone tomorrow or wait to day 4 or 5. Will the somas or xanax have a bad reaction with the amino's if I need to use it later for bed time??????

Take the magnesium and Valerian before bed. no the soma and xanax do not react with any of those aminos. start the other aminos 3x a day tommorrow.
did you read the post i put up the other day?? its called aminos and recovery i think..
The Sub is up to you.. how much are you taking??   you should probably take it a few more days and then stop. depends how tapered down you are.
