Just jumped off of Sebutex

Hey,  for those of you that don't know. I was on methadone for 4 months.  I jumped at 45 mg, sat in with drawls for 100 plus hours and then induced 8mg of saboxone.  I tapered the saboxone down to to 2 mg in 6 weeks, the past 10 days I have been taking on average 2 to 4 mg of sebutex.  It just so happened that I had to go visit family at the end of the 6 week taper and I could not jump while traveling.   I took the last 1 mg last night around 1030 pm.  I am thinking of going to get a vitamin drip or doing a juice cleanse.  Does anyone have experience jumping off of this stuff?  I am a little freaked out but not too too much because I am so ready to be done with it all.
Any insight would be appreciated.

Personally, I think exercise is great, but I wouldn't push too hard. The reason you tapered was to adjust slowly to no opiates. It's really great to see you at this point, but you still gotta keep using those patience. Slow and steady wins this race too.

Hey girl, so, so proud of you !!!
So glad you updates us : )
So this is it hey....you will be fine, a little bit of pain for
a lifetime of plessure !!!
Exercise your heart out, sweating is the fastest way to get
the toxins out, even walking will do it, just be mindful to
keep up fluids if exercising, so you dont pass out : )

I used detox shakes twice a day, had spirulina, acai berry, wheat grass etc
in it, but no point giving you the name because our brands are
different when it comes to chemist meds and detox drinks etc.

I was a tad nervous at first, but had nothing to be worried about
when i jumped, mind you i had comfort meds for 8 days, but
would go a day at a time without them.

I felt this massive relief lift when i knew a couple days into it, i didn't
have to detox ever again and i was gonna be fine.
That alone, lifted my spirits : )
I drank no coffee and had a heap of green and white tea and i believe
this way my miracle medicine, because after stopping my shakes
and tea, i felt like cr!p again. No energy etc.

Remember, any otc vitamin can take up to a month before it takes
full effect, so warm water with half lemon will also help your
detox faster. Coconut water as well, but trusted brand of course : )

Walnuts and Almonds for their omega essential fatty acid content and they have anti-oxidants, im a firm believer in, packing your body with omega and anti-oxidants, especially being a female.

Anyway, we are so proud of you.
Hang in there and take care, dont feed yourself junk food or the receptors
in your stomach can play havoc to your immune system, which also
leads to your brain being a bit worse for wear xx

It was pretty epic!  I flushed the rest of what I had down a toilet in BFE Arizona!  DO you think it's a bad idea to work out?  Like work out hard?  Will that help move it along faster?

Protein shakes, the amino acids are vital to healing. Good vitamin and extra cal/mag/zinc. Your body will cleanse on its own, try to stay hydrated and get the nutrients your brain needs to get going. Keep moving, slow dragging walk is better than just sitting there. Congrats, you are going to be more and more free from last night at 10:30.
