Keeping track reading on here?

How do you keep track of all your posts and making sure to read everything on this forum? I could spend horus reading back...but I think I'm just going to only worry about the last couple days instead of going back in time so far. Although there is tons of great information I dont know how one would keep track?

i think your name has to be in blue to see the ones you have posted.  I believe if you set up your profile that is when your name turns blue and then you can click on your name and it goes to your profile.  Just click on a name that is blue and you can view their profile and see what i am talking about.

there is also a "watch" function.  At the top of each post or forum, there is a "watch this discussion" button.  If you click on that it will appear in your MyMEDHelp page.

At the top of this page you will see topics :  Home  Forums, Medtalk, Healthtopics, doctor profiles, people, and Mymedhelp.

Click on MyMedHelp.  It will take you to a page with a list of items that you have posted to the forum and the dates.

When I get lost, this is how I find out what I have posted recently.  Good luck !

Welcome To The Forum!

Carrie gave you a good suggestion. I believe it is called a "watch list".

By the way...was there something specific that you wanted to discuss?

The square that you click to keep track of is the plus sign at the top that says "keep track of this discussion.":)

Yes it can get overwelming, especially if you go back that far. What I do, each day, I read all or most of the posts on the cuurent "page" and I reply to the post's that I feel I can contribute to, then I go to the second page, the page that was before the current and read on there. Thats usually as far as I go unless I'm looking for a specific post. You can also click on the post's that you want to keep track of (the square for it is usually at the top) and later you can go to your inbox and check on the post's that you clicked to keep track of and it will list them and any new replies to it:) I hope this helps:) Good to have you on here!!
