L-tyrosine, works fast??!!

I could barely move this morning, tired just sitting forced myself up to take my 1st dose of L-tyrosine and within an hour I felt soo good!? does it really work this fast??  wish i'd started sooner. let me know what others have experienced, thanks!!

Hey Lori, I'm taking L-tyrosine as well but it's in my supplement called 5 htp which has other minerals in it and is supposed to be helpful for fibromyalgia and mood.  I think it may be helping me some too so if you find it's working stay with it.

Hey Lori,

Never taken the stuff, but hey if you are feeling good after an hour then go with it.  Maybe it does work fast.  I was going to get some of that stuff myself but i don't think i can take it since i am on lexapro.  Take care.  I will write ya later!
