Liver Cleansing Question

Just curious if anyone knows anything about the liver cleansing products available.  I have developed slightly higher than normal liver enzymes over the last 4 years from sitting around on my butt, eating poor food and basically, well you know, taking pills.  I've read some about them and it sounds like it might be a good thing to do maybe a month or so down the road.  From what I have gleaned you do a colon cleanse for a week, a liver cleanse for a week and then another colon cleanse to clean out what it left after the liver cleanse -- Oh Great, More days on the cammode...
I also thought it might be good after all the abuse from the tylenol and then all the OTC stuff I been taking lately to get thru these wds.  If anyone knows anything about this, advice appreciated.  Thanks!

I have been taking it for over a month, i have had the simple liver test , that came out ok...But i know how much tylenol i have taken and it could not be ok...But i have heard the liver is one of the only organs that heals very well if taken care of...I feel great, could also be in my mind about the anti-oxident but i have read enough to make me a beleiver and i don't miss a dose.

Thanks for the Milk Thistle suggestion, unfortunately I've been taking it for over a year now.  Don't drink much but figured "can't hurt, might help".  Guess not enough though.  Family has a history of high colesterol don't know if that figures into my prediciment.  Mine isn't thru the roof but its approaching 200 (scares me w/family history and losing my dad really young from heart problems).
Anyway, I also hear that a liver cleanse does wonder for energy levels. Don't know if its a sales pitch or not, but physiologically it seems to make sense.
