Looking for help in getting off the Fentanyl Patch

I have bee diagnosed with CRPS, have reduced from 25mcq + 12mcq to 25mcq replaced every 3 days. Hoping someone has or had a plan to go from 25 to 0 mcq. Perhaps cutting a 12?
