Looking to stop...for good.

Hello -
I am new to this site, but I have been reading it off and on for a year & have decided to join. Everyone is so supportive, and I for one know how bad quitting can be.
I had an oxycontin addiction two years ago & successfully quit cold turkey, as well as smoking. No I have found myself in a bad position once again. It started with Tramadol, which I had been prescribed for headaches - and ended up not working so they put me on Hyrdos. I should have known what it was going to turn into - and boy was I right. I am once again trying to get off of these damn pills, but I am finding it harder this time around. The physical pain is what brings me back to them. Mentally I think I could resist, but physically it's awful.
I guess I just need some advice on what to do for the physical pain? What is the best method for tapering off? How long does tapering off take? When tapering off, what are the physical symptoms?
Thanks in advance for everyone who replys to this & I hope everyone can stay strong!

I've been going to Yoga and the exercise, sweating and breathing really help me feel better!

It really does help. Also I take some kind of sleepng Aid or I would never get Any sleep.benedryl or Any OTC sleeping Aid will help and is relatively cheap. I know I got a little off subject but as 4 your physical pain try aleve or Tylenol. It helps for me!:)
