Been on lorazepam (1mg) for 4 yrs now.  Trying to get off it.  How do I do this? Also, I tried to get off it a few weeks ago, and my blood pressure went up, and I got scared, so I started taking it again.  Please someone help!   I am a strong woman.I am just afraid that my blood pressure will go up again.  Never taken any other drug in my life...This wouldnt be so bad if i could sleep at night,.. any advice would be appreciated.  Thanks

you take 1mg a day that is nothing, talk to your dr about getting him to start tappering you down. or try taking one half pill a day and see how that works then when you see your DR ask for the .5 mg
but talk to your doctor------NOAH
