you know buddy, you're doing pretty dang good in my eyes....
with me, i thinks its the chemistry in my mind body returning to normal after 3 + years of opiates messing with me.it feel chemical the down days, like something is missing, and i believe what is missing is my natural endorphins, and they are comming back but they are taking there time, and when they do arrive, they get used up real fast and then i have none for a while again.
its definately getting better, its slow but in time i will be back to my normal self, sure there will always be bad days, but if im healthy in my mind and body, those bad days will be easyer to deal with.
good food, lots of water = feel good
opiates coffe and doghnuts = feel bad
im working towards feeling a little better every week,
progress not perfection.
ya know... sometimes life's just like that. i'm just tossin' this out there - but maybe it ain't all about the w/d.
some days we are just happier than others...
whatya think?
Hey there stranger...Good for you. And yes, you are right, the longer you stay clean, the more "Good Days" to "Bad Days" ratio, will increase. Kiss those bad days goodbye. I am happy, and of course proud of you. You are well on your way to a wonderful, sober, life...and I wish you all the luck in the world...
Hope all is well...
