i am doing good...the holidays are starting to overwlem s/p? me.....So i have an appointment with my counsouler friday...looking forward to that....i have decided to go to her once a week until the holidays are over...i don't want to fall weak..
I will do what i have to do to stay clean...BUT definitly by far one of the hardest things i have ever done...I am not having cravings, just feel like it will take me forever to get christmas done, when last yr i was already done...
But looking forward to a clean christmas...
I miss you too!!!  keep busy and i am just so happy for you....You have been through hell and back...
