Methadone ct

I've read on here where Gabapentin helps withdrawl. I'm goin off Methadone tomorrow. Been on it for over a year due to a back injury. I have been prescribed 300mg Gab. Think it will work well in my situation?

HI......well expect a reff ride for the next 2 week 40 is really high for jumping off methadone most do it in the single digits and the withdrawal is no fun from there your best bet is to look up the thomas recipe on the lower right of this screen and get the stuff listed....thers a product called highlands restfull legs out there...your legs are going to have a mind of there own
you can pic this stuff up at walmat in the vitamin/herbal section...hot baths go a long way in releaving symptoms but you have a long tuff road ahead of you we have had members jump from higher doses but anything above 20 your going to be really dope sick....keep posting for support will walk this thing out with you just wish it where on better circumstances your probably not going to feel much for around 3 days but when it hits you will know it good luck and God Bless.......Gnarly

how much methadone are you taking right now.....it maters a lot in the outcome of yyour withdrawals get back to me.......Gnarly

Hope you're not doing this on your own or w a primary care instead of an addiction doc.
I just did it and it was hell. Don't do it even w the Gabap/ You'll need more than that. Gaba's only for pain and sleep but it doesn't touch the wd from
Methadone. It's one of the worst to get off.
