72 hrs is the normal turning point or peaking of the physical withdrawals for most..Thats the average amount of time plus or minus one day..Now the mental part comes as your energy levels are way down and sleep issues definitely kick in for another week..
You've got to hold on to the resolve that you want no more of the nonsense the pills bring into your life and tough it out for a few more days..Before you know it,,you will have 7 days, then 10,,two weeks etc..Your there at breakaway point.You can go forward and start to feel better in tiny increments each day or fall back to that place you hate....Use hate to your advantage. Direct that energy toward "not taking anymore,,no matter what"..Try, in a couple days you might find thing much improved over today....
Just remember the feeling you are having RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You don't ever have to have that feeling again...it's up to you :)
