My daily life...not much at all

Ok so my daily life starts at 8am by getting my son off to school...I have coffee then take 10 t1's. I get so tired  and cant wait till my other sons nap time. We go for a nap till 4 ...I get up make supper then pop some more t1's and gravol which makes me stay up and watch tv till 2-3am.  Is there any suggestions to break this horrible routine I have...Dead end road...My body feels like Im 90...I cant keep up to my kids...don't really want to move, play, go out anything...Im 22 and the my body feels like im 90. Dead end road right here if you ever heard of one...does n e one have a similar routine?

Check out the Thomas Recipe on these posts - it's a better way to do C/T and stack the odds a little more in your favor... it's hard enough either way anyways, might as well give yourself any advantage you can get...  You obviously love your kids, YOU CAN DO IT!!                Nefesh

You have already done the biggest part, you know you have a big problem. The next thing to do is, do something about it. It's not easy but it's only going to get worse if you don't stop now. Getting off of opiates is one of the hardest things to do but if you want it bad enough just stop taking them and be prepared for a rough couple of days. Whats 7 to 10 days? Thats nothing in the big picture. I went cold turky 2 days ago. I have spent the last 3 weeks trying to find a way to get off them without the pain. I would be fine if I would have just done it 3 weeks ago. Theres no easy fix, you just need to do it and through those dam pills down the drain.
