I took my last pill this morning so I am starting over......ugh I dread the wd's but I guess I deserve it as I knew what I was going to go through when I took another pill.

I pray I can do it this time...........my only chance is to NOT refill the script for the pills.

Thanks so much for your reply. I will keep busy thats the only way to get through it without losing your mind. Congrats on your 2 days being clean, hang in there.

The refill is my downfall, so I have got to get it stopped or I will never succeed at this.

Also I found a NA meeting at the town next to me and they meet on Thursdays gonna give that a try, as I know I need others that are going through the same thing.

If you haven't been through this, you can't truly understand what the ones of us are going through.

Don't be so hard on yourself.  We've all been there.  You can do it. Be strong.  You really have to stop getting the refill. Take away the temptation.  Call the pharmacy, tell them to cancle the refill.  I'm on day 2 clean.  I know how tough it can be, but you are on the right track. Kee yourself busy, go for a walk, clean out the closet, take a bath, anything to keep your mind off your symptoms. I will keep you in my prayers.  Best of Luck
