for myself it was 4/6 weeks to competely level out....gosh i know how you feel....it was horrible for me....have you tried melatonin?...all natural hormone...over the counter....it does help some....you will sleep soon... it just takes time....for the first couple weeks i slept some nights well...others terrible...try to stay active during the day..i ve heard eating a piece of cheese before bed helps with sleep also...wishing you zzzzzzzzz s....maria
Well honestly it depends how long youve gone without sleep, if this happens often, or if you have any reasons for your lack of sleep.
but with the given information, sounds like you didnt et out enough physical energy during the day.
try to do some stretches or exercises before you try again to sleep.
if you want, you can try taking a shower to help you.
