Day # 12 - Accupuncture today!!

2 AM here on the West Coast. I have my first accupuncture appointment this morning. I am really excited about it.

I got some good sleep last night - so I'm ready to face the day!!

I told her about the Xanax & that I had been using that for anxiety - she recommended some homeopathic stuff. Goba, Goppa??? I'll stop by New Leaf on my way home & check it out.

Way to go!....Hopefully you can get that pain under control with alternative means....well done you!

I'm back.

The accupuncture was great!! She was not judgemental & made me feel very comfortable. I told her everything - about the Norco, the CT, etc.

I feel much more relaxed.

The pain isn't gone - but she said it could take a few sessions to get to that point.

All in all - a very good day!!

Thanks. I think if I can get this pain under control, I will be in a much better place - both physically & mentally.

That's wonderful!  I've been up here since 4:00am, that's almost two hrs. ago. lol  Glad you got some good sleep......much luck today!
