Hello is anyone out there?  How do I tell if people are on line when I get in the site? I keep reading the same stuff over and over...How do you get to todays page or the chat of the the time of entry?????  Please direct me

exercise, exercise exercise...it will help you so much...it helps the brain to produce natural endorphins which have been coming from the pills.  also check out some aftercare..it is your best chance at getting and staying clean...good luck and keep posting.

I have 30 days to detox from methadone and Lortab.. I have taken them from 3 plus years.....All my meds have caused a type of poisioning in my blood I breakout in the rash that looks like I was burned with a blow torch....I take 45mg of done and 2 to 3 Lortab daily....I started cuting back 2mg a day on the done this week...I have broke the Lortab in half....I have Lunesta to sleep can you help with suggestions???? I need all the help I can get. You can pass this on if you no someone who can give me some pointers

Hi CeeCee.. well you are on the current page.. when someone comments on the post it moves it to the top.. welcome to the forum :) To tell if a particular member is on line.. click on their name it will take you to there profile page.. we have the option of showing if we are on line or not.. you can leave a note also or a personal message..this will be a private conversation... You find this in the upper right hand corner of their page..there is also a social side that is for lighter conversations..
