currently all mental withdrawal... tapering was soo hard... but i did... snuck in an extra half pill on a day or two... so i wasnt perfect...but for the last three weeks... basically went from 3 per day... 2 per day... then 1 per day... here i am now...
just wishing it were a week later...
are NA meetings good... i am so afraid to show up and walk through the door... arrogance... or ego... or pride... or combination of all three are stopping me...
how are you feeling?? are you having normal withdrawal symptoms??
it is wonderful you had the willpower to taper. most don't.
RLS in my legs and arms are the worst symptoms for me.
cal/mag/zinc (3 in 1) vitamin as well as bananas, hot epsom salt baths help a lot with that.
if you don't feel like eating at least drink ensure or carnation instant breakfast.
if possible try and find a NA meeting. it may help to talk to people in person.
any questions just ask.
congrats on taking your life back
i started taking wellbutrin a week ago to try and stop smoking (the only thing in my life i can not stop) and it is helping a tad bit with energy and reducing cravings. actually feel really nauseated when i smoke. can help with cravings and energy for most people. added benefit of helping with depression as well.
