And there are a ton of things you can do/take to help with the early withdrawal. Definitely worth checking out the thomas recipe on this page and the amino acid protocol. Believe me, the stuff recommended there really works.

Hi there and welcome. Day 5-7 you start feeling better depending. You ARE strong enough to kick this. None of us can do it alone...that's why we're here. Try finding an NA group to attend,they are wonderful. I now not everyone believes in the 12 step programs but you need support right now. When you feel like using,get on here and post,or read post,health pages,whatever. You can do this;stay strong. You have identified that it's "in your head" so you now you have no physical need for these pills. However your body needs them thus you experience withdrawls. Get some immodium also.Melatonin should help for sleeping (your body produces it naturally but becauwe of using the production levels are out of whack.You can get it at any oharmacy/wal mart/etc.) Stay strong;keep your guard up and keep us posted.~A
