Congrats on 7 days clean! awesome. I'm on day 6. I don't seem to have an issue sleeping...but I've been taking at least one ativan at night. I do wake up good and clear headed though! it's nice.

Congrats on 7 days! I'm on day 4 without oxy/heroin n feeling a little better.I to cannot sleep so I got some Xanax to knock me out at night. I know Xanax is a drug too but I hate them I just got a couple to sleep. You could try benedryl or some of the OTC sleep aids out there but they don't seem to work for me when I detox.hopefully they work for u and u get some much needed rest.

I'm at day 13 and still do not sleep very good and have bad night sweats,  it is better then the first week, but sleep continues to be an issue.

Congratulations!!  I hope I can do as well.  Did you try Benadryl?  I'm coming off norcos and clonapin, but benadryl are supposed to help with sleep and are not addictive I don't think.
