Sorry for spelling errors, I'm on my iPhone
I too was addicted to norco. I'm going on day 7 without them. For me the first 72 hours where the worst. By day 4 iwas put of the house doing things to keep me busy.
But I gotta say those first few days I just layed in my bed. I watched alooot of movies and took maaany hot baths as they heled me alot with the RLS, I alsoused a heating pad wheni was too pruny for another bath.
Also get a support system of some kind. Family, doctor, AA/NA.
Aftercare is a big thing in heling me too.
I've been going to alot of both NA and AA meetings and it feels great having strangers wanting to help and support you.
Just push through those first 3 days and you will make it.
Stay strong, post on here, this website hashelped me sooo much.
