Tooth /med update

For those of you who read my post from earlier, here is my update. I went to my regular doctor today and explained my situation. I had to be truthful with him and tell him that I blew threw my entire months' supply of Vicodin in 10 days. He was not happy at all about that. No sirreee. He reluctantly gave me a script for 20 more Vics to get me through this episode with my tooth, but says come back and see him in 2 weeks and we will talk. Im pretty sure he is going to send me back to the pain clinic or not give me anymore Vics after this. I have a feeling Im at the end of the road as far as getting narcotics for my pain after this. Ive probably burnt all my bridges now...

This could be the best thing that's ever happened to you. My recovery only became important to me when I cut off my supply by coming clean to my doc and saying no more opiates. Use this as a positive step for your recovery.

that could be a good thing and a bad thing ya know?  maybe a blessing in disguise?  good luck on your getting your tooth taken care of, i hope its not too bad for you ... let us know what happens afterwards, if they send you to pain clinic or what ... peace!  have a great nite~
