exercise

i know exercise is important..i was wondering does everyone exercise everyday and if so how much and what activities do you do and for how long? i was just wondering because maybe if i exercised more i would be more tired at night where i wouldnt need sleeping pills.  i bought a bike today for 181 bux and i rode it today for about 15 minutes and i walked to wal mart which took me about 15 minutes so i figured that a 1/2 hour is good especially just coming off of pain pills and xanax addiction

i am clean 46 days from all opiates
i am clean 15 days from all xanax

i am very happy and proud of myself but i just want my sleep back
my attitude seems better
and my appetite has dramatically increased
so that i'm happy about but i find myself getting hungry every 3 hours or so thats strange cuz you know i didnt eat on oxy's hardly at all

i'm rambling on
hope to get some responses
Josh

While in detox I used the exercise bike a few times. One night I impressed myself and went ten miles. Yea yea not much to some of you but to me it was huge. I hate exercising and havent in years. Theres a gym at my bf's apt weve been to twice in the last three days...But both of us being in our first 11 days were still a bit weak and outta shape. But I totally think exercise is the best way to calm those demons (for awhile anyway)
