OW... I over did it yesterday.

SO my super spring cleaning rampage yesterday is killing me... I am so sore all over..I went to get out of bed and my lower back screamed at me.. I feel like I got hit by a truck.. I guess tapering down on sunday and then cleaning every spot of my house was not such a good idea..
Actually it was funny last night.. I was cleaning the bathroom and my hubby and my friend were making dinner.. hubby comes into the room and says "are you on drugs??? did you break your taper" my friend said later to me.. " did you pick up a meth problem  while I was at work"  I guess the super spring cleaning sent them for a loop..

I gotta be at work at 2pm so no rest for the weary... I didn't even get to finish so i still have a few things to do..vaccum the hall mop kitchen floor.. we will see how i feel after work.. to do those things..
