Grab a heating pad and throw the covers over your head!  This is actually pretty common to get your period now.  Hang tight, you will get thru this!

You poor thing! When it rains it really does pour, doesn't it? Well, look on the bright side... at least you aren't pregnant ;)

Seriously, do only what you absolutely have to and try to rest. Hard to do with a two year old, I know. Maybe you can tell your little one that mommy is sick and let him or her be daddy or mommy and "take care" of you. My son did that when he was little and I had knee surgery. He was proud to be the "grown up. "
