I need the truth

So I am doing a fast taper. I went from about 16-18 5mg hydros to today having done only 9, tomorrow 7 and so on. Thursday I plan to stop. No more. I have to or I could ultimately lose my fiancee. Its not that serious yet but it does not take a genius to see that that is the ultimate outcome. I love her. Period. So, my plan is to call my doctor who has been prescribing me for almost a year and ask her for some sort of sleeping pills and anti-depressants. Is this a good idea bad idea or what? Does she have to help me? I can't think of any more questions, but, I know there are alot more I should be asking about this, so if any of you have answers and or recomendations please tell me asap. I am going to call her first thing in the morning when they open. I will be honest but not to the point of getting into trouble. So any and all information would be awesome. The sooner the better. And all things i should know about going this route is very important. Thank you all and please help me! God Bless you all.......

It is not so bad just get something for sleep and something for runny nose sinus etc..Benedryl is good as is Tylenol PM or valium...Eat and drink a lot of water.  You can do it just taper as slowly as possible and it won't be so bad.

Hey hon....
Follow my threads....
Seriously. I did the exact same thing you are doing.
I did get something for sleep, but tonight will be my last
night to use that particular something.
After tonight, I will use melatonin....
Go back to any threads around Dec 8, 2009.
I'm on day 2 of NO MEDS and feel amazing.
Much luck to you, my friend.
