Opiate Withdrawl HEPL ME?

ok so about a month and a half ago i got really addicted to percocet. i did them consistently for about a month. 30-60 mg daily i stopped cold turkey and had bad withdrawls. i couldnt handle it so i went to the emergency room and they gave me vailum i took that for a few days and it didnt work so i went to a detox and they perscribed me ativan i took that for about a week then stopped. i havent taken percocet in about 2 weeks now and for some reason im still having cold sweats and im very restless i cannot sleep at all. i went back to that same detox and the gave me ambien for sleep but i took that and still had trouble sleeping. and once i got to sleep i kept waking up feeling very restless and uncomfortable. like when i lay down and close my eyes my body still feels like its on fire and there is absolutely no way i can sleep idk how to describe it and idk why im feeling like this can anyone help? does anyone know why im still so restless and having such bad insomnia? please help me thanks brian

yes to clarify i was taking roughly 60 miligrams daily at my worst i was taking 120+ mg. not 30-60 pills. i stopped cold turkey it was bad so i went to the ER and they gave me vailum i was weary because i have a very bad past with drugs and a very serious addiction problem and i know that benzos are also highly addictive and cause serious withdrawls. i use to abuse xanax. so i took those for a few days then stopped taking to avoid making it worse. it wasnt getting better so i went to a detox and they gave me another benzo ativan and i was like really? are you trying to kill me? i took that for a few about a week and when my perscription ran out my body was saying give me more. my grandmother is perscribed ativan so i have it readily avaible but being a serious addict i knew to say no because i know what would happen. i stopped everything (percocet, vailum, ativan, and marijuana) and started going literaly insane. and i mean insane like flipping out it was too hard to handle i went back to the detox and they gave me ambian for sleep so i was pumped i was like finally ill get some sleep tonight. so that night i took roughly 15 mg of ambian and it was still impossible to sleep and when i did finally get to sleep i kept waking up very restless and uncomfortable freaking out. im doing my best to cope but for those of you out there who are addicts you know how hard that is and how it makes you wanna go back to drugs. im trying to hang in there but im losing hope i dont wanna go back to drugs so idk what to do.

In a previous detox earlier this year I went six straight days without 5 minutes of sleep.  I thought I was going to die.  I did not use and I finally got some sleep after my dr prescribed a sleeping pill.

Hi - I read your post wrong.   I thought you said you took 30 pills.  My mistake.  That is a lot of pills!  I reread it and you said 30 - 60 mg.  big difference!

You are still recently clean.  You may have sleep problems for some time.  It varies greatly by person.  Thirty pills a day is alot (if I got that right).  There will be a lot of people that will come on here and give you suggestions on sleep.  What you are experiencing is very common and will eventually go away.  Just hang in there.  What I have heard is good for sleep:  Melatonin, sleepytime tea, Benadryl (depending on your reaction to benadryl, be careful, works for me but not everyone), and hot bath.  Can you get some Clonidine?  It helps with WD symptoms.  It is a blood pressure medication.
