kick up the potassium and magnezum take like 4 pill a day of each it should help with the legs eat bananas is good to I dont know if you can get this stuff on your sid of the pond but if you can it works for lots of us its called highlands restful legs its all homeopathic it help me2 every hr when it was bad I also went threw an awful bout with that to so my sympathy goes out to you hang in there in time it will all go away................Gnarly

Hey fp!  How you doing girl?  You sound good - determined, which is always good. The only thing I'm thinking is that at some point, you're going to need to find a way to manage your pain w/out narcotics.  So think about that for a while okay?  I'm just trying to look out for as you continue on.  :)  - hope the day at work was good!
