34th day and doing well.
No cravings other than taco's right now. YUM YUM!
The only problem with my craving is the best taco's that I know of are in the Pilsen area of Chicago 43 miles away.
I miss Chi-Town food.
I DEW. Have a DEW habit though???????????
SHEESH!!!!!!!
7up anyone?
Thank You very much. And yes! After 10 years of Norco 10-325's and a finally of 40 a day, I found the way. I actually have nothing left and I have a refill script sitting on my side with my black magic marker signature across it saying no no more....lololol I ruined the script. Woot! Woot! 33 days clean and counting!
hi Wayne, and welcome to MH.
congrats on your clean time.
yes others have also found that the gabapentin has helped their
detox and also their pain.
I know I have used it for my neuropathy in my hands.
sorry to hear about your brothers death. I know the pain
associated with losing someone you love because of addiction.
may you find peace in your heart and soul.
continued blessings,
Debbie
The wonderful thing about GABAPENTIN is it non-narcotic. It is generally used for nerve damage so it helps eliminate the spasms, butterflies, restlessness, and other side effects caused by opiate addiction. Once you are off the opiates for a few weeks it is very easy to stop the GABAPENTIN.
Good Luck Everyone!
Wayne
I am glad to see you found some relief from the meds. Back issues are no fun and you had a very hard job. Narcotics have a way of turning on us very quickly.
