I’m good no craving anything like that just did on my own with out others meds
Eat super healthy b/c it will help and drink lots of fluids. Rest, rest, REST....I'm glad you came out on the other side.

Congratulations on quitting. Things get gradually better after the first 3-4 days. You'll start noticing a difference shortly if you haven't already. By this time next week the physical withdrawals should be just about over.
Keep posting and let us know how you're doing. Things are a bit slow here these days so you'll have to be patient waiting for a response.
