Hey22,the position your in is no fun,ive been there.Imagine this holiday picture,the night prior to my flight,i went out on a bender with coke & booze i also dipped into my 10perks x7 night vacation.The 6am flight to cuba i felt like ****,hence more perks just to make the flight and feel somewhat normal.Upon arrival as well,im unloading the suitcase and guess what,the perks,i forgot at home,immediate anziety and no way of getting any form of narcotic in cuba.brother that was a nasty,no sleep tortorous 7nights in withdrawls.john

Hey you entering the worst of the physical. I know not what you really want to hear. The good news is you are there and you will very soon be through the worst part of the physical. Alot of people don't make it that far,soo if you can get through tonight and tomorrow. Just one more day you will start feeling better. So come on,do this. It's work but you can do it. Start convincing yourself that it's not that bad,it's no worse than a bad cold. Are you using anything to help with the w/d's?
