I found out I was pregnant at 7 weeks. Before I knew I was pregnant I like to use cocaine on a monthly basis. I have not used since I discovered I was pregnant, but I know that I did probably in the that 7 weeks without knowledge of my pregnancy. I am just scared and want to know if I caused harm to my child?
I would definitely talk to my gynecologist about this. At least so that they can have it under supervision and to see early on IF anything would be out of the ordinary.
Until then, don't worry. Babies are mostly floating around in the beginning and not so attached to the moms blood.

Congratulations on your pregnancy!!!! Many people are or have been in your shoes...have eg consumed alcohol or drugs prior to discovering they are pregnant and are then concerned for their baby. The only way to allay your fears completely would be to seek medical advice.
