Real sleep and being clean

Is anyone that's been clean for awhile finding that they need way more sleep then normal? I am sleeping 8-10 hrs and waking up tired. Has anyone else experienced this? I have been tired all day for for the last 2 weeks. I used what I could from the Thomas recipe but now I just use good vitamins and supplements. I don't need melatonin now which is good.

It is worth it being clean. To those just starting. You are on a road that is good. You will have your life back.

There are way more benifits to being clean than to justify using! I am starting a new post about this.

Thanks. I was thinking it was probably normal. Just needed it confirmed.

To All. This goes to show you how much these drugs mess up your body. Even normal bio-rhythms are otally turned around. One more good reason to stay clean!

That is normal hun. At first you pray for sleep, and it doesn't come. Then after a while, it comes and it REALLY comes..LOL

You will level back out. Don;t be surprised if you go through another slump of not sleeping. It may take a good 90 days, sometimes longer, for you body to get adjusted to it's new owner.....
