Help!

My biggest problem with withdrawal is feeling so... weak, i guess is the word. It feels like just getting up to walk to the bathroom or kitchen is too much for me. I have 2 small kids & I feel like I cant do anything! Does anyone know anything that helps with this? I think I can handle everything else. Today anyway.

Time is what it will take and you can do this.  I know it is miserable but each passing day will get better.  It takes a bit for our bodies to adjust to being off opiates and it lets us know we abused it but our bodies are very forgiving and you will be feeling better before you know it.         sara

The only thing that really helps is time. Just give it a little time and things get better. Resist the urge to medicate the tiredness. Many an opiate addict has become cross addicted on amphetamines.
