Hi~
I think the best thing for you would be to stop right now. You have 7 days to detox before school begins and perhaps you can take a few days off from work. I don't think tapering will work for you at all.
Go to the "health pages" and read The Thomas Recipe and The Amino Acid Protocol;
upper right of this page.
We can support you but you have to really want to do this. Go to an NA meeting today. If that's your plan you need to start now!!
This is doable if you stop now. It's only been 3 weeks so get on this asap!!

Good advise above. Also, I wanted to add that relapse, after a period of sobriety, is a whole other animal. While at the meetings, work on the reasons for your relapse and get the prevention tools you need.
Best of luck.
Hi, and welcome to the Forum.
I agree with Vicki and IBKleen. Just stop taking them, but definitely get some help to understand why you relapsed. You didn't say what made you relapse, but you need to get back into program as fast as you can. Your young I'm assuming, but it's still your life at stake.
My Brother relapsed after over 20 years of Sobriety and eventually committed Suicide.

Stop now,,I was taking far more than you. I'm on day 8 and could function in school or work if I had to.Right now I have had a blessed break and took full advantage of it to get off the pills.
Toss the pills and do it..Thats what I think .Or your going to get trapped trying to shuffle the upcoming responsibilities and the withdrawals at the same time..I won't want that burden on me...Its a tough decision but just do it...You can thank me later....
I agree as well with the others above. It makes since to stop now so you can get through withdrawls. I also start school in a few days and I work full time. I know how hard that is already. You trow withdrawls in to the mix and you have had it. You should start now and follow the Thomas recipe. You have done this before , may be a little harder this time but it can be done. good luck to you and keep us posted on your progress. We can help you through it.
