Just stayed plugged into this forum. This place is great for support and knowledge. The road may start getting rough....but it will smooth out over time as long as you stay the course.

Thanks for all the tips !! Today is day 3 and I'm total out of the Oxy so looks like the rough road starts now .
Also soak in hot baths with Epsom salts for the pain and just before bed. Hot Epsom baths helped me relax and get some sleep.

Sorry for the double post...I meant to add in the last one that if its leg pain from detox then walking will help some. Also, drink a lot of water because when we are dehydrated we can get cramps in our legs. if your talking about leg pain from a back issue...the stretching. I have leg pain from back issues and stretch. I take a NSAID called Melaxocam. Its OTC but non narcotic. Its easy on the tummy. Hope you feel better.

A detox program sounds like a great idea if you have that resource available to you. Talk to your doctor about it for sure. It makes it a lot easier...at least for me it did. Ive detoxed at home and in a facility and It was easier at the facility.
