Round 2

Alright so I relapsed, obviously. But today is day 2 and it's not as bad as I thought. I just wish someone would knock me out so I would sleep. Have my first day at a really good job tomorrow and I can't **** it up. I know everyone here is different and come from different situations but I hate that I'm fresh out of college and can't kick this oxy habit. I just want my life back and for it to be on track again. By the way I made it to day 7 before with your guys help. I don't know why I used again. Feels good to post again though. More tomorrow on my first day at work. It ***** because it's a great opportunity for me and I don't want to wd and **** it up. I just want sleep

Great job on getting clean again.  Relapses happen and this might have been what needed to happen.  As far as relapsing.....It does not matter where you live.  It is just as easy to get drugs in rural areas as it is in NYC, other big cities, other small towns etc.  Changing your croud of friends is a great start.  If you are getting them from an RX then I suggest telling your doctor of your addiction and then calling all your pharmicies and asking them to never fill a narcotic for you.  It really helps.  Good luck and keep posting.

Hi Somedevil and welcome back! So very sorry to hear of your relapse, but unfortunately, it does happen! Get right back on track and stick to your plan! I know it's much easier said than done! I've been there myself a couple of times! You CAN do this and kick the addiction once and for all! First thing is to cut off all access to pills! Say goodbye to any and all supply! You know what to do right? You've done this before! Just don't make the same mistake over again! Change what did not work! Good luck on your job tomorrow! Try to stay focused on your goal! We are here again with any advice & support you need! Take care!!
