Hello,

It should take about 5 to 7 days for the physical part to be over with, with days 3 and 4 being the worst.  It's different for everybody, depending on usage, length of time using, etc.  There is the Thomas Recipe which you can find in the Health Pages if you scroll down to the bottom right side of the page.  There's also an Amino Acid Protocol that have some supplements that will help as well.  If you are being treated by a doctor, you could ask for Clonidine which is a blood pressure med they use for withdrawals, it certainly helped me.  Exercise if you can, even a walk, if only for 5 or 10 minutes, try and push yourself.  Bananas for potassium, a good mutli-vitamin, maybe Melatonin and/or Valerian Root at night to help with sleep.  Long, hot baths will help with muscle pain and you can add some Epsom salts to help as well.  Keep posting as well and let us know how you are doing.  It helps to talk to others going through the same thing.  You can do this!
