Congratulations my friend.  This is a milestone and I am very proud of you.  

Also give some strength to him and I as we stop smoking tomorrow.  Another addiction we don't need.

Thank you so much for your kind words...it has been a struggle for sure, been offered pills more than once, but turned em down each time.  So glad for that.


As for the fruit cutting friend...Steve...he was a huge help, even though he thought i had a virus...you people are the ones i have confided in.  

I am still hooked on the melon salads though...i tell you they are my new vics...anly good for me...can you get diabetes from too much fruit?

HEY RUSH congrads on 30 days you hit the first milestone guard your clean time it is pricesless to all of us if your not going to work a program at least get a good book on addiction and recovery and start reading it knowledge is power and you need to edeucate yourself on addivtion so it dont run you over again the best of luck to you with your recovery.......Gnarly

Yippie, Hoooray, Awesome!!!! I have to tell you, your humor, thick skin for teasing, strength and compassion is just plain unbelievable. Can't tell you how proud I am of your cleantime.
