not sure how long you have been clean, and i hate to admitt this but i still go through the "jitters" at times i can become so uncomfortable i feel as if i am detoxing
but thats medical impossible so most if it, for me, is in my head
when i get like this, i try to lie down and read, it i am unable to concentrate or i began feeling over-whelmed i get out of bed and go down stairs, the worse thing i can do is lay in bed and wish myself to sleep, even when i was detoxing this was an aweful thing to do
its normal to feel anxiety during detox, one thing i hate about inpatient detox is that they make you goto bed early, well if your coming down off coke then you  will sleep like a baby, but opiate addicts never slept well on their own so how the heck are they supposed to during detox
rent some movies, borrow a friends ps3 and download siren blood curse, find a hobby, be as active as you can, the best treatment for anxiety is exercise
good luck, this too shall pass

Try to apply heat. A heating pad or electric blanket works well for many. Walmart has a commercial prep that is available for RLS

I took really warm baths also and ate bananas.  This will get better.  Stay strong   sara

Try taking tylenol, ibuprofen, or aleve - that can help take the edge off sometimes. The only thing that really helped for me was time in a super hot bath or shower. If you feel up to it, try taking a walk or at least move around your house. Hang in there it only gets better!
