I have been in your boat and this has been very recent. It's something I want to quit. I only am a weekend user, but, It's something which has changed me and it's something which I want to change. I mix coke and alcohol, but this is very dangerous. Do u know, that, if u stop doing coke for a few weeks, you'll no longer get the urge, the 'craving' to use it? trust me, I tried it... it's hard to resist that temptation, but, if u do, you'll be healthy, happy, and able to be happy without using.... as u know as well as I do, what goes up, always always comes down hun. trust me, it's just not worth it!
I have found out so much about coke recently-phoned talk 2 frank and they told me alot.
whats scary as it can kill u, weather it be your 1st line or 500th! so, don't let coke take over you, take over it, and try something else-herbal highs, are legal, and trust me they are just as fun if not more, as u don't feel panicky like you were in this post... I reccomend those... legal, fun, harmless, and safe, but, u still get a very similar feeling! X

I should have said call 911 - if you're in acute distress from an opiate OD you need help ASAP and shouldn't be walking or walking anywhere

If it is opiates you can get seriously ill or worse.  Please call your doc.  This is not something you want to mess around with.  Plus, we have no easy answer for something like that.

If you're not going to call 911 call somebody even if it's the N.A. hotline

If you're too high from opiates, go to the ER and tell them - they can give you Narcan (naloxone hydrochloride), which will immediately "reverse the effects of opioids including respiratory depression, sedation and hypotension."
