Not a good situation. Your consuming a toxic amount of tylenol. About 3-1/2 times the "MAX" daily dose which is not a dose thats suppose to be on a regular basis..If you could taper yourself down some over a couple weeks, that would help some but thats very hard to do. Along with the fact you would be going thru partial wd's while doing so. Do you have the ability to be free of any obligations for a week and someone you can confide in that could help you stop..The first 4 days are rough but doable as long as you don't give in. Restlessness, stomach problems, night sweats, and insomnia as the primary symptoms that will be quite prevelent anywhere from 12 to 20 hrs after quiting. The 72 hr mark is the first milestone for things to slowly turn to the better...With proper planning, stocking up on a few things, you can do this..Actually you have to do this as you are looking at serious liver damage, potentially deadly if you do not stop now..I would also seek out a visit with your Dr. Run some bloodwork and he also may be able to provide some things to make you slightly more comfortable during the wd period...The first thought you need to overcome is "I can't do this".Why? Because people are doing it everyday in here..Short of a detox center, your really going to need 4 days of vacation time if you want to call it that where you have no places to be or obligations that weigh heavily on you..Not trying to scare you, just give you the reality of what your facing..
