I know this sounds like a really stupid question but what goes on with you when you experience anxiety? I don't think I've ever suffered from it and I'm not sure I am now in my recovery unless I am and I just think it's something else. thanks..
Way to go on 77 days!!! Congrats!!! How many miles are you running now? sara
congrats on 77days!
that is awesome!! :) I had GAD going into this and figure I will have it far out of it... oh well part of me getting here was being an anxiety driven person. I figure I am going to seriously start doing some yoga or something, everyone says it helps, so maybe I will jump on that wagon since Im not going to pop a pill to take the pain away anymore...
Im on cymbalta, can't say that I love it but my neuro says it helps with pain- so Im sure as hell not going off that anytime soon - but I have been on effexor xr, coming off it when I got pregnant was a total **** shoot, paxil- again, I seriously didn't have to much of a problem coming off of it, but I know ppl who have and they have been as bad off as I am coming off the vicodins.... then there is zoloft, that worked for a looooong time but stoped working so now I am on cymbalta... I will say if you can go on effexor (and stay on it cause wd *****) it worked great for me, but I don't want to go back on it in case I get pregnant..
anyhow Im on day 4 and feel wound up as tight as I can.. but better than yesterday ;)
good luck!!!
Just wanted to congratulate you on the 77 days, thats so great!!!!! All the best...Kim
Sorry you too are still dealing with the anxiety. Today I am 133 days off of hydro's and still dealing with the anxiety. It is alot better than in the beginning but I still hate it. This has been the worst part from the beginning for me as you know. The depression is alot better although it sneaks up on me some days. I have great days in between the bad anxiety so that is a relief. Are you still on the lexapro? Do you think it helps at all? My pysc is talking about trying it next since I failed the last AD again. Anyway it's good to hear from you and know that you are doing ok. Hopefully the panic ends for both of us soon.
