Should I worry about withdraw from stopping Ambien cold turkey ? I have been on this drug for 5 years every night and since im getting offf Oxy and percs and working out again I find sleeping meds are turning me into a Zombie ! Oxy and Precs gave me the energy so I never felt the after effects of Ambien the next day .... Now that Im down 20 mills and today 10 mil my body feels hungover making me want oxy more .

Ambien CR is what im taking right now and I have the other Ambien


Anyone out there who had  addiction ?

yeah im now down to 30 mil and tomorrow I making the biggest jump . 10 mil then the next Im done . I worry for Zero but I also know im ready . Im not taking any percs today just the oxy .

highest dose was 170 oxy last year

Im done to 30 mil oxy if you add the PERC and the 10s . I think I got to the point where I could just stop now . Sorry about the posts if I could edit I would of done so

Sorry I should add I took two percs after an ambien because I felt like I needed them . Instead I just felt sick and made sleeping even harder . So tonight im dropping to 5.ml Ambien and Zero Percs .


When I was truly addicted here was my list

Oxys in the morning 60 or 30

5 hours later start dropping percs

Take an ambien

Drop a perc hour later

then sleep

Now its

oxy 20 .

one perc . 10.ml ( Used to be 4 a day )

Ambien ( now just Ambien on its own and nothing after it )


I feel hung over today

I felt ok last night . up until 5Am then fell asleep until 11:40 am I don't work for 2 more weeks so im lucky to get this out of me .
