Sleep Difficulty

Sleep Difficulty

After six days W/D my body doesn't want to go to sleep.  It twitches and struggles to stay awake.

Does  anyone have a remedy?

Thank you.

That's why it's called kickin' the habit, the leg twitches. As to your question: The remedy is time. I'm on day 46, it does get better. What did not work for me was Tylenol PM. Just made the nights more unbearable. I'm a firm believer in letting your brain heal without aggravating the damage already done by putting more chemicals into your body to interupt the healing process. As the brain heals itself, things like sleep and energy return. As a wise old lady told me recently when I asked her if she had trouble kicking her habit; " No, ya gotta do what ya gotta do."

Hylands restless leg remedy helps as well as soaking in epsom salts which contains magnesium..
Sleep eventually comes back and I used Nyquil without the decongestant to help sleep for a few nights.
Are you taking the vitamins and nutrients that are suggested in the medical pages?
Bananas and apple juice help as well.
If I got 5 to 6 hrs sleep a night that was good.
I was able to work full time through it all.
At day 6 you should soon be over the detox
