Sleep.

Well I had one good night. I am now back to very little sleep. I feel no anxiety and no parnoia. I guess I just have to get back to a regular pattern.
I was taking short naps during the day. Got to wean myself off of them and get back to regular nights.
I don't expect any quick results
Just when you think you have it licked it comes and bites you in the butt.
I am not going to use meds to sleep. They give you a sense of security which is false.
I'll suffer a little, sleep a little and gradually sleep more than suffer.
I've come this far and I'll be damned if I'll let it beat me.

Hi ALl!!
I have been off meds since end of Dec. and had a relatively easy withdrawal but just a few nights ago, I started in with the RLS again!! Has that happened to anyone else? I am using Ativan for it, like I did before ( Ativan does nothing for me in the sense of making me high or giving me a feeling that I like, it just eases the withdrawal feeling in legs and brings on sleep). Any ideas as to what is going on??????????
