Checkin In quick

had a busy day.. went to my bi-weekly massage appt and my therapist said she hasn't seen my shoulders and hips this bad in a long long time.. she said the leaning over the laptop wasn't helping so I am gonna not hang out here all night and try to relax. the wedding stress plus tapering is taking its toll on me. so tonight I am gonna work on my addresses for my guest list and try to relax my back..

Hope everyone had a good day..

I'm here, but not for too much longer. Had a very productive work and brought some home, but did not even touch it. Had great news from a fellow addict today that she got on subox and feels free!! Was thrilled to hear that and that was the best part of my day. I have an appt for a deep muscle massage next week. God I do love them. They hurt like hell, but work wonders on my knots and I feel great afterwards. I am treating myself b/c I have some extra cash now that I am not spending it all on percs and I deserve to do something nice for myself.Gettin tired and gotta work in the a.m.
good night all!!
