I'm at 18.5 days and I have my energy back but I have to do a few things to get it...
Here's a typical day...
4AM - wake and drink 1/2 cup of coffee, 2 cups h20, glass of muscle milk with skim milk, a bowl of cereal, fruits and more h20 if needed; also take aminos, vitamins
5-7AM - gym - 1 hour on cardio/1 hour on weights - alternate cardio with swimming
830AM - at work - drink at least 2 qts of h20 throughout workday
930AM - light breakfast - yogurt, fruit, couple of hardboiled eggs
1230 - light lunch - boiled or baked chicken and more fruit
230 PM - energy drink
330 PM - fruit, nuts, etc
530 PM - home - drink another qt of h20
600 PM - eat normal dinner
830 PM - glass of muscle milk & hopefully 7-8 hours of sleep
The critical items above for me - h20...I need lots ... about a gal a day; exercise...sweat; eat light meals throughout day...I don't stuff and let myself become tired...the afternoon energy drink carries me into the evening.
Like naughty said...everyone is different but I hope this helps

The first time I went thru withdrawels, Feb.2005 (started on my honeymoon!) I didn't know what to expect from withdrawels. I was so, so sick I didn't relize I had such a bad infection, I probably should have been hospitalized. I just thought it was all withdrawels. Wrong!!!
Word of warning, drink lots and lots of fluids or you can end up with a major problem.
Hey coolio. I wish i could tell you what to do for energy. One thing I would do is go see a dr. You may possibly have another problem with your health causing the lack of energy. So often we think it is because of the meds that we dont feel right and there could be something else wrong. A friend of mine told me today that he has been sick and thought it was because of the pills and just went about his business thinking it would go away. HIs wife made him go to the doctor and it turns out he had a major infection in both ears. When we are using the immune system is at risk, Please get checked out and make sure there is nothing else wrong. You have come so far and done so good I don't want to see you fall back, I know that feeling like **** everyday will wear on you and cause this. Please get checked out,make sure there is nothing else going on and maybe the Dr can help find what is causing the lack of energy.--John
Look in my journals for the amino acid post. L-Tyrosine helps with energy and mood. Heed warnings if on anti depressants. There are other things too that can help.
I have not done the amino acids.
I will pick some up tonite,

I know what you mean. I'm on day 16 and I am so tired by 5:00. What do you mean by an excess of things to repair it with?

I am at the little over 3 mo. mark and I am just starting to get it back. Barely. Don't rely on that as everyone is different.

Are you taking vitamins, minerals and supplements, including amino acids? It takes months for the body to repair itself. Longer if you don't give it an excess of things to do the repair with.
