Day 50 tomorrow clean - wow!!
Wow, I can't believe that tomorrow will be day 50 for me clean from oxy! I must say for all those out there who are struggling with their quit, with the thought of beginning a quit, or for those who have relapsed and thinking of trying again - I have to say that it IS really, really worth it!
Yes, going CT was absolute hell for the first 4-5 days, but after that it gets better day by day. I hope that some of you who are struggling will read this post, because for me during my first few days of WD I really needed to hear that things would get better. Words of encouragement and positive posts really helped me and I just wanted to return the favour if I could. Even if this only effects one person out there it's worth it.
Life is so much better and brighter - less complicated without having to worry about the next fix, pill, shot whatever it may be. And I can really focus now on things that matter - like my job, my boyfriend, my family and having fun. That's what really makes the difference. So when or if you ever start to lose focus and forget why you are doing this, remember that things WILL get better and you will be sooooo relieved that you quit, believe me. Because you will be able to start to really LIVE again - for real.

HI Michell congrats on 50 days....I have followed your story from the start and you have worked had to get where your at keep pushing forward be ready for a bad day here and there but they pass im so proud you making it out of this mess keep up the good work

You go girl! Thats awesome. I cant wait to get some more clean days under my belt. I got 12. Thats a good start. Im with you. Life is sooooooo much better without those darn pills. People need to hear it can be done. It is being done. Life returns and it doesnt take that long. Congrats! I love mental focus Im getting back. I wont forget were I came from thats when Ill return. I love the success stories. I love being a success story as well. For anybody thats struggling. Keep your head up. Let the days come and go. Dont be hard on yourself its not your fault.
